Tjanpi Desert Weavers is a social enterprise of the Ngaanyatjarra Pitjantjatjara Yakunytjatjara (NPY) Women’s Council that enables women living in the remote Central and Western desert regions to earn their own income from fibre art. Tjanpi represents more than 400 Aboriginal women artists from 26 remote communities on the NPY lands.

Shipping policy

Standard domestic shipping for all items is included in the total product price. If you require international shipping we will get in contact with you to arrange further payment depending on the destination. All orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days, where upon you will receive a tracking number for your purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Refund policy

Tjanpi Desert Weavers does not issue refunds or returns simply for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or appears different to its advertised image please get in touch and we will assess the situation, processing a refund and organising a return where appropriate.
