Lockhart River Arts is situated north of Cairns. It is committed to preserving culture, traditional values and ways of life through the arts, for past, present and future generations of the Lockhart River Community. The Art Centre is an inclusive environment and space that invites all community members to participate, engage and express their natural artistic talents through arts, craft, song and dance.

Policies

Shipping policy

Artworks price excludes postage. Postage will be calculated based on your postal address and post code within Australia. This also applies to postage/freight/shipment to Countries outside Australia. A separate invoice will be forwarded to you by email after your artworks has been posted. We do not insure postage however customers who choose to insure artworks to the value of total purchase can pay the extra cost of insurance on top of postage/freight/shipment cost. A tracking number for your artworks will be emailed to you. Any issues or questions email CEOPerazim@lockhartriverart.com.au in the first instance.

Refund policy

All customers are required to check condition of artworks within 7 days from date artworks has been received . If the customer chooses to return the artworks due to damages during shipment, customer are asked to email Enoch Perazim at CEOPerazim@lockhartriverart.com.au to lodge a request for return. The Arts Centre will offer a full 100% refund back to the customer or offer a credit to customer to select another artwork by the same artist with an artwork of the same price or choose an artwork from another artists. Photographs must be taken as support to your damage claim.

The Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair Foundation acknowledges the value, diversity and integrity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art, design, music and performance as an integral expression of Australian culture.
